The CPS is governed by an Executive Committee which leads in the conceptualization and implementation of its programs, projects, and activities (PPAs). It is composed of the Executive Director, Executive Assistant, Administrative Staff, and the Chairs, Co-Chairs, and members of the CPS Committees: Research and Development Committee (RDC), Capability-Building Committee (CBC), Education and Information Committee (EIC), Resource Mobilization Committee (RMC), and the Pangasinan Studies Resource Center (PSRC), duly represented by the five (5) Pangasinan HEIs who are members of the CPS consortium.
The Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office (PTCAO), as the Executive Secretariat, provides staff, administrative, and technical support to the CPS from its initial inception in 2015 up to the present. PTCAO staff are designated to serve as focal persons and administrative staff for CPS, in order to ensure the successful day-to-day operations of the Center.
Executive Director
Since 2016, Dr. Perla E. Legaspi, a retired Professor of Public Administration at the UP – NCPAG and former Vice-Chancellor for Administration of the University of the Philippines Diliman, serves as the Executive Director of the CPS.

Ms. Christine Ann Margret Z. Calimlim, Project Development Officer II, serves as the Executive Assistant of the CPS.
Ms. Danica A. Ramirez and Ms. Josephine B. Tarectecan, serve as Administrative Assistants of the CPS.
Consultant on Research & Development
Dr. Raymundo D. Rovillos, a Professor of History and former Chancellor of the University of the Philippines Baguio serves as the consultant of the CPS on research and development.
