CPS Strategic Planning 2022: Towards a more Dynamic, Adaptive, and Community-oriented Development

Six (6) years since it was institutionalized and owing to the recent public health crisis, the CPS has deemed it crucial and relevant to revisit and re-evaluate its existing organizational goals, directions, strategies, and overall framework, in order to successfully adapt, thrive, and continually move forward in the face of a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) society.

To do this, a strategic planning workshop was conducted from February 25 to 26, 2022, and was attended by the Executive Committee of the CPS, composed of faculty members and executives from the 5 member HEIs of the consortium. The 2-day workshop was facilitated by Dr. Raymundo D. Rovillos, Professor of History and former Chancellor of the University of the Philippines Baguio.
