The registration fee shall cover meals and conference kit for the 3-day conference:

Meals for:
 Day 1 (AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack)
 Day 2 (AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack)
 Day 3 (AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack)
 * Dinners will be sponsored for all delegates, for two nights (November 27 & 28)

Conference Kit Inclusions:
 Conference Booklet (w/ Program, Abstracts of Papers)
 Ballpen and Conference ID

A Certificate of Participation will be given to all delegates. Please note that it will be distributed ONLY after the closing program (3rd day).

After payment has been made, please scan or take a clear photo of the deposit slip and send it to centerforpangasinanstudies@gmail.com. A confirmation will be sent after the evaluation of registration and payment details. Once registered, the conference venue and a directory of accommodation near the venue will be likewise sent to the delegate.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please bring with you the original deposit slip and present it upon registration on the first day of the conference proper. Otherwise, the official receipt will not be issued, conference kits will not be distributed, and you may not be allowed to enter the conference venue.

An optional tour will be organized for interested delegates. As an incentive to all participants, the Provincial Government of Pangasinan and the Center for Pangasinan Studies will be providing FREE TRANSPORTATION (BUS) to and from the tour destinations. HOWEVER, meals, environmental fees (if applicable), entrance fees, boats, and other transportation fees shall not be covered by the organizers.
