The CPS Lecture Series is one of the regular programs of the Center that provides avenue for the discussion of various topics and issues relevant to Pangasinan culture, environment, politics, and society. The program further aims to bring academics and other experts in different fields closer to the public and to cultivate a culture of dialogue and exchange between and among LGUs, HEIs, CSOs, and other stakeholders.
The CPS logo is inspired by the concept of “ripple effect”, focusing on the Mission of the Center. The ripple effect starts with CPS being the repository of information, data, and knowledge about Pangasinan. The circles symbolize the Mission. All of the circles are identical yet growing, signifying how the information and knowledge gathered are transformed, utilized, and disseminated in order to make a lasting impact and thereby contributing to the development of Pangasinan.
